We have two manufacturing technique of cast iron(Precoated sand and Clay sand):
1. Process of precoated sand is used to small size or big quantity product.The surface is homogeneous.
2. Process of clay sand is used to big size or small quantity product.
   surface treatment:painting,enamel,anti rust oil.
a. Painting is cheap and common way to treat the surface of gas burner.
b. Enamel:it will make the gas burner and pan support durable in use and looks good.
c. Anti rust oil:The client need treat the surface by himself. We use anti-rust oil.it will protect the product in transit.
